Due to significant company growth, we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the Oscar Wylee team in Sydney’s CBD. The role:This is a unique stand alone HR role, in which you will be responsible for the full HR function. You will offer generalist HR advice to the business, whilst supporting our journey of growth, managing end-to-end recruitment and reviewing training processes and systems.Partnering with the National Retail Manager, you will drive and promote the company’s culture, whilst implementing company policies and procedures. You will offer the business advice on the following:Performance managementRecruitmentWorkplace relationsPolicy and procedure improvementsTraining and Development WHS What you will need to be successful:In order to be successful, you must have a minimum 4 years experience in a generalist HR role - ideally within the retail sector. You will be degree qualified with excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to adapt and work within a fast paced and ever changing environment. AUD Sydney 2000
